Though the FNV version is not found on the Nexus, DarNified UI NV is a very popular mod despite the fact it is not directly compatible with the positioning of vanilla UI elements. Also of course I use archive invalidation and TES4LODGen and I changed oblivion.ini settings and menu settings according to Extract or manually place the Darnified UI OMOD file into the Data folder.
Thing being that there is no second INI Tweaks folder. I am using the following mods: blockhead, goryblood, creation overhaul, keychain, a music mod, ob12416, oblreloaded, shiverislespatch, unique landscapes, and unofficialobliv patch.
