This spell usually isn't so great because it takes too long to cast, however timing it with the end of become ethereal can become really useful, creating a powerful spell to devastate your enemies right before crawling back into your invincible state.

Another way of dealing damage comes from the master destruction spell blizzard. With dual casting and the area within the damage range increases by 4.84 which is actually kind of a huge buff, meaning you can stay out of enemy melee range while dealing damage. This however is unconfirmed as the damage displayed stays the same. Although you can get this number with any other cloak as well, fire cloak can benefit from the aspect of terror perk which can boost the damage up to 24. I chose the fire cloak, because you can get fire cloak to inflict 15 damage/second with the right perks and Azhidals mask. The first and my favorite method is to use the cloak spells. Why would you want, that you might ask, you can't even inflict damage while ethereal. And with the necromage perk, the shout lasts ~22 seconds, meaning that you can effectively become ethereal forever. With the necromage perk + Blessing of Talos + Amulet of Talos, you can actually make the become ethereal shout take only 20 seconds to recharge.

One way is to glitch the perk mist form into the human form of the vampire (tutorials online just Google it) and the other is a legitimate way of doing this. On to the actual invincibility part of the build, which I know why you guys clicked on this link. It doesn't matter a whole lot, save for the fact there is a window of time about a half a second to a second long where you will be vulnerable. In my opinion the fire cloak is the one that looks the coolest, while Frost is the most useful, as it damages targets stamina preventing them from doing power attacks. The first way is the elemental cloaks in skyrim, which can be cast beforehand so that you can deal damage while taking none. Now depending on of you guys know this or not, there are actually a few ways to inflict damage while ethereal in Skyrim. So basically this build works as a 2 handed battlemage who makes use of the become ethereal shout and the Bloodskal Blade. This build does not require any crafting skills at all, although Enchanting is recommended to reduce destruction costs. This is because it takes advantage of the powerful necromage perk to reduce shout cost when equipping the Amulet of Talos and taking the Blessing of Talos. So firstly this build requires you to become a vampire, no other way about it. This build is 100% invincible save for a few rare exceptions depending on how you choose to go about it. You guys may know this, but I thought I would share it anyways.
